Rush Case Policy

Fixed Prosthetics

Cases requested one lab day earlier than our advertised turn around time is subject to a $35 rush fee. Cases requested two lab days earlier than our advertised turn around time is subject to a $65 rush fee. Cases requested three lab days earlier than our advertised turn around time is subject to a $100 rush fee. Implant cases and cases with more than three-units may be subject to different rush fee’s.

Removable Prosthetics

Repairs/Relines must be ready for pick-up by 9:30 am in order for us to return them the following day by 4 pm. Rebases must be ready for pick-up by 9:30 am in order for us to return them in two days by 4 pm.

We ask that you notify us when requesting the pick-up that it is for a repair/reline/rebase. Cases ready for pick-up after 9:30 am or requested for return before 4 pm will incur a rush fee of $35.

Remake and Warranty Information

REMAKES

In order for us to consider remaking a case at no charge or to offer a refund, we require ALL items be returned for evaluation. If you keep the original item to be used as a temporary, please notate that on the lab slip. If all of the original items are not received, we will not offer credit for the case.

  • Repairs/Relines/Rebases – No Warranty

Payment Terms

Individual invoices will be provided with each case and a statement reflecting all invoices for the previous month will be sent at the beginning of each month. The amount due as reflected on each monthly statement is payable within 30 days of the statement date, and all amounts that are not paid within 30 days of the applicable statement date are past due and will incur a late charge of $35 per month. Prices, terms, and conditions of manufacturing and sale are subject to change without notice.
